Before you commit
The questions people ask most before booking.
Not at all! If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, our team will be happy to guide you. We also offer a complimentary Body Sculpting Consultation to discuss your goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
We require a $30 deposit to secure your appointment and reserve your specialist’s time exclusively for you. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to our booking policy.
Absolutely! We love welcoming couples, friends, and family members. Contact our team, and we’ll be happy to help coordinate your appointments based on specialist and room availability.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. For massage and body sculpting treatments, our specialists will guide you through everything you need to know. Please let us know if you have any questions before your visit.
Cedar barrel steam sessions may not be suitable for everyone. Guests who are pregnant, have certain cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, fever, or other conditions that affect heat tolerance should avoid steam treatments unless cleared by their healthcare provider.
If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether a cedar barrel session is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider and contact our team before booking. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
